 Dear ScriptSchool:

I have had a look at your double opt-in script and found it very useful. however i would like to add several fields to the form i.e phone number, adrress etc... and I would like to receive an confirmaion email myself when the user confirms his/her email address. How can I do this?

I have tried manipulating the script but as yet have been unsuccesful! Please help me with some advise or an example!
